Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with premier vices.
All orders are processed at the earliest opportunity and we aim to despatch all items in stock within 2-3 working days from receipt of payment.
no goods will be despatched at weekends or on public holidays, nor are any deliveries made on these dates withour prior arrangement. if despatch is delayed for any reason wse will contact you at the first instance and keep you updated throughout the process.
If an item is out of stock then it may need to be manufactured to your specifications in which case we will contact you with an estimated despatch date.
To avoid additional costs it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they or someone on their behalf is available to receive the goods upon delivery.
Any delivery issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods
Return & Exchange Policy
If you wish to return an item to ourselves please contact us in the first instance for authorisation, you are free to return your goods unused for a period of 14 days from delivery.
The reason for the return will dictate whether a full refund of an exchange will be made. If the return is not related to a warranty claim then the buyer must bear all cost for returning the item. All goods should be returned in the original packaging and packed to the same standard to avoid any damage in transit. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that any return reaches us in a good saleable condition.
Goods that have been used cannot be returned unless a claim is made against the warranty.
this policy does not apply to personalised and bespoke items, these can only be returned if a claim is to be made against the manufacturers warranty.
All goods have a minimum 1 year limited manufacturers warranty, please refer to the product pages for clarification for individual items.
please do not assume that if your item is out of warranty that we would not assist you, we pride ourselves on our customer service and we would always endeavour to do our best to solve any issues that may arise.
